Ok so I finished the Ballerina Cake and it came out looking nice but it wasn’t as good as I was hoping it would be but it was still a good effort I think I may have been a little to ambitious with my idea lol.

Well I have another cake on order to stretch my creative abilities and imagination, I’ve been asked to make a ballerina birthday cake. So my plan is to mount the dress part of the cake on a doll stand and slide a ballerina barbie down the middle so you can still see the feet and legs. So yes the cake part will be off the ground now I just have to figure out how to balance it lol. Here’s my drawn plan of what I hope will work.

I am new to this blogging thing but I will start by saying I am a qualified baker and chef and am always on the hunt for new exciting projects. I specialise in making novelty birthday cakes and cupcakes, my idea of winding down after work is spending 3 hours in the kitchen after a full day at work seeing what crazy ideas I can come up with next. my favourite thing to bake at the moment LEMON MERINGUE CUPCAKES with LEMOIN CURD FILLING so good.
